How the Frontier Tour Works
CHOOSE YOUR PATH
- Single Event (no Tour required): Enter any race in any division just for fun and you’re still eligible for that event’s buckles, prizes, and cash payouts in your division.
- Join the Tour (elective): If you want season points, rankings, and a shot at the Championship Finals, opt into the Tour.
POINTS ELIGIBLE DIVISIONS (for Tour Teams)
PRO, Sport, Women’s, All-Around (Switch-a-Roo), Snowboard.
Other divisions (e.g., Novice, Century, Teen, Lil’ Buckaroo, etc) may vary by race and do not earn Tour points, but they can still offer local awards/payouts.
HOW THE TOUR WORKS (step-by-step)

Compete in a points-eligible division (PRO, Sport, Women’s, All-Around, Snowboard) at each Tour stop to earn points. - Earn points every time you compete
Tour athletes receive base points for entering and performance placement points based on finish within their division at each stop. - Climb the leaderboard
Your points from Tour events accumulate across the season and determine rankings by division. - Qualify for the Finals
Top point-earners by division advance to the Championship Finals in Salt Lake City, Utah at the end of February - an epic showdown on the big stage. - Crown the Champions
At the Finals, division winners are crowned Tour Champions - recognized as world champions in their class.
