2027 Frontier Tour Points & Championship Qualification
2027 Frontier Tour Points & Championship Qualification
The 2027 PRO Skijor Frontier Tour features four official qualifying events followed by the Championship Finals at Lake Tahoe.
2027 Qualifying Events
Bozeman, Montana | January 22-24
Boise / Nampa, Idaho | Ford Idaho Center | January 29-31
Denver, Colorado | Bally's Arapahoe Horse Park | February 19-21
Heber City, Utah | Wasatch County Events Complex | February 26-28
Tour-Eligible Divisions
PRO, Sport, Women's, Snowboard and All-Around are eligible for season Tour points when the registered team holds a valid PRO Card. Novice, Century and Li'l Buckaroo / Pony are Community divisions and do not earn Tour points.
PRO Card vs. Single-Event Entry
A PRO Card identifies a team as a season-long Frontier Tour competitor. At each qualifying event, PRO Card teams and single-event Community teams in the same division compete head-to-head for that event's results, podium and applicable cash purse. Only eligible PRO Card teams earn season Tour points and qualify for the PRO Skijor Championship field.
Championship Finals
The highest-ranked eligible PRO Card teams by division advance to the Championship Finals at Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe and the Caesars Outdoor Amphitheater, March 12-14, 2027. Qualified Tour teams do not pay an entry fee at Finals. Championship qualification numbers and the finalized 2027 points table will be published before Tour registration opens.
Championship Finals weekend also includes separate Community competition. Community competitors do not compete for the PRO Skijor Tour Championship or Championship cash purse, but Community podium winners receive buckles and prizes.
