PRO Skijor Exhibition Athlete Information
PRO Skijor exhibition events are condensed showcase experiences created to introduce new audiences to the speed, skill, horses, athletes and culture of skijoring. Participation is limited and by invitation only. There is no open registration for exhibition events.
How Exhibitions Differ From Tour Competition
Exhibitions are official PRO Skijor appearances, but they are not competitive Frontier Tour qualifiers. Exhibition runs do not count for official Tour times or points, and participants are not competing for the standard Tour cash purse. Participation gifts and partner products may be provided to invited riders, horses, skiers and snowboarders. Big Air winners may receive prizes and buckles when Big Air is included in the event.
Who We Are Looking For
PRO Skijor accepts applications from experienced PRO and Sport-level teams and athletes, Little Buckaroo and Pony teams, individual riders, horse owners, skiers and snowboarders who would enjoy participating in a showcase event. Traditional skijoring teams are welcome to apply and are not required to participate in Big Air.
Big Air Athletes
Big Air participation is reserved for advanced skiers and snowboarders with demonstrated aerial experience and a proven ability to execute and consistently land advanced tricks safely. Applicants should understand their own abilities and limits and be able to provide evidence of relevant experience. PRO Skijor is not seeking inexperienced or first-time freestyle athletes for Big Air. Selection is limited and made at PRO Skijor's discretion.

The application will request your name, contact information, role, whether you are applying individually or as a complete team, traditional skijoring or Big Air interest, relevant experience, short biography, social links and video links where applicable. Submission of an application does not guarantee an invitation. Applications are reviewed based on event needs, experience, safety, available space and the overall exhibition roster.
