These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets to, and attendance at, PRO Skijoring (“Event”). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any reason, including weather, travel issues, or personal schedule changes.
  • A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
  • Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without written permission from PRO Skijoring.

2. Event Schedule & Weather

  • PRO Skijoring is an outdoor winter event and will proceed in most weather conditions, including snow, cold, and wind.
  • The Event schedule is subject to change at any time due to weather, safety considerations, or operational needs.
  • In the rare case of postponement or cancellation due to circumstances outside our control, PRO Skijoring may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduled dates or ticket credits. Refunds will not be issued.

3. Assumption of Risk

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Skijoring involves horses, riders, skiers, and high‑speed action.
  • Outdoor winter environments carry inherent risks, including slippery surfaces, uneven terrain, and variable weather.
  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including injury, illness, or property damage.

PRO Skijoring, its staff, partners, and venue operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance.

4. Safety & Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:

  • Follow all instructions from Event staff and posted signage.
  • Do not enter restricted or competition areas.
  • Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.
  • Alcohol consumption must comply with all local laws and venue rules.

5. Photography & Media

By attending the Event, you grant PRO Skijoring the right to:

  • Photograph, film, or record you
  • Use your likeness in promotional materials, broadcasts, or social media
  • Use such content without compensation

Personal photography and video are permitted for non‑commercial use unless otherwise posted.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Drones or unauthorized aerial devices
  • Outside alcohol
  • Any item deemed unsafe by Event staff

Bag checks may be conducted at entry.

7. Children & Families

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for minors in attendance.

8. Accessibility

PRO Skijoring aims to provide an accessible experience; however, outdoor winter terrain may present challenges. If you have accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can assist.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRO Skijoring is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes to the Event

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Event is to discontinue attendance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in Utah courts.
