Beans and Crackers is a first-time skijoring team made up of an elementary teacher and a professional gamer. Skier Evan Prokopiw spends his days managing second graders and explaining things slowly and clearly, while rider Jacob Meredith spends his time slaying zombies and mining diamonds. Together, they’re combining patience, chaos management, and questionable decision-making to see if friendship and gaming reflexes translate to skijoring.
