Skijoring is where two worlds collided for Nick and Ryley. This partnership is built where speed meets heart. Bringing together a life time of precision on snow and deep-rooted understanding of horses, they are a force to be reckoned with in the sport. In their first competition together in Heber Utah, they placed 1st in the sport division Saturday by a landslide and came 7th over all for the day. 

The Skier: Nick is a former alpine ski racer from Vermont where he was on skis at 2 years old. He attended Green Mountain Valley School and competed in FIS, USSA and other premier level competitive alpine ski racing tiers around the world. Years of racing shaped his ability to stay calm under pressure, stay solid on unpredictable terrain and commit confidently when its time to go fast.

The Horsewomen: Ryley has been around horses for the majority of her life and has become a well respected horse trainer across Utah for prestigious clients. Her work is defined by respect, feel and patience. She can saddle and ride any horse including a crowd favorite and one of the fastest on the course, Creed, a 4 year old half draft with serious pull and heart.
