Rider: Chelsea- missing the warm embrace of Texas, she is reluctant to captain this frozen ship She hates all things snow and cold and is likely questioning every decision that led her to strap herself to a large, fast animal in freezing conditions. Her riding strategy? survive. Her goal? Get back to a climate where a jacket is not necessary.
Skier: Kaitlin is Chelsea's partner in crime, but her spiritual opposite. She loves EVERYTHING winter and is the resident comedian, always ready to take on any challenge. (even death by skijoring). If she finishes the run in one piece, she is single and ready to mingle., and probably looking for someone to buy her hot chocolate or a post-race celebratory margarita. 
Horse: Moe.  He is a chill laid back 3 year old baby, who bless his heart, has no idea he's participating in one of the most extreme sports. He's just happy to be here. He's the innocent party in this whole dumpster fire.
